In Year Applications

If you are moving to the area or thinking of changing schools applications can be made online to Hampshire Admissions or you can download an application form to complete and return to the school, we will process your application and notify of the outcome within 10 days of receipt of the application.

Joining us in September 2026?

Main Round Applications should be made via your local authority:

Applications open - 1st November 2025

Deadline for applications - 15th January 2026

Notification of outcome - 16th April 2026

The Federation follows Hampshire County Council’s policy for admissions and for Hampshire residents all applications for places should be made through Hampshire County Council’s Admissions Department.

If you live outside Hampshire, and wish to apply for a place in a Hampshire school, you should contact your home local authority who will advise you how to apply.

If you are applying for a place during the school year you should contact the school directly and we will manage this process.
