At Fordingbridge Infant and Junior School Federation parents' views are very important to us.  All parents are offered the opportunity to feedback using the link on our school website to Ofsted’s Parent View.

In order for your child/children to excel at home, school working partnership is essential. School and home links have been made through parents’ evenings, reports, learning unit outcomes, curriculum evenings, reading diaries, 1:1 meeting with parents and school events.

 

Parent Liaison

We also have Parent Class Representatives to meet with Mrs Robertson on a regular basis. The hope is that any matters involving the children and the wider community can be brought to these meetings.  Alongside these meetings we also hold half termly general question and answer sessions for all parents followed by ½ hour open school. The initial question and answer sessions will take place in one of the school halls after which all the parents will be welcomed into the working school to join their child in their learning. The children will remain in their classes and parents will join them in whatever subject or activity they are doing.
