Strategic Plan

Strategic Planning is essential to move a school forward. Self-evaluation and the school's vision analysis forms the basis on which a new strategic plan is based. A strategic plan is a document used to set priorities for the school to focus on and improve throughout the year. It is there to communicate with all stakeholders ensuring that everyone is working toward common goals and objectives.
